Mills handles many process improvement and turnkey projects for large OEMs and Tier 1 suppliers in the aerospace, defence, materials handling sectors etc.

Mills delivers a complete solution to these customers and in many is responsible for planning, co-ordinating and implementing what are often increasingly complex and sophisticated manufacturing projects.

Owing to the expertise and experience of its pre-sales engineering team, Mills often adopts the role of Prime Contractor in these projects…and is responsible for the complete management of these projects (from initial planning through to final sign-off), including all liaison with 3rd party suppliers (i.e. automation equipment, tooling, work-holding, cutting fluid manufacturers) that may be involved.
